Items can be returned within twenty days. They must be in the original
shrink-wrap and returned to us in new condition. Credit will be issued for the
product only, unless the return is due to our error. Shipping charges
incurred will not be refunded. Please contact us by e-mail before shipping
the item back so that we can provide a return invoice number. Make sure to
include that number with your item.
